PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY


This page states the Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") of XploreTech. Please read them carefully as they affect Your rights and liabilities under the law. If You do not agree to these Policy, please do not register for or use the XploreTech Website(s). The Policy are effective as of 1 July 2022.   1. Definitions

    1. "Exhibitor" means a person or entity that is contracting to exhibit at the Event(s).
    2. "Event(s)" means the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions organized by XploreTech.
    3. "XploreTech" means Fundkay Pte Ltd (202201385M).
    4. "XploreTech Website(s)" means https://XploreTech.asia and https://app.XploreTech.asia
    5. "You" or "you" means the person who (or the entity on behalf of whom you are acting) that is agreeing to these Terms.
  2. Participant Refund Policy

    1. Event(s) registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until four (4) weeks prior to the Event(s) start date.
    2. A 50% refund is available for Event(s) registration provided written notification is received between four (4) weeks and two (2)weeks prior to the Event(s) start date.
    3. No refunds will be granted within two (2) weeks of the Event(s) start date. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the regional leadership team following the Event(s).

    5. NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
  3. Exhibitor Refund Policy

    1. Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until twelve (12) weeks prior to the Event(s) start date.
    2. A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between twelve (12) weeks and eight (8) weeks prior to the Event(s) start date.
    3. No refunds will be granted within eight (8) weeks of the Event(s) start date. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the regional leadership team following the Event(s).

  4. Payment Policy

    1. All amounts owed to XploreTech must be paid within the specified payment terms from the date of the invoice.
    2. XploreTech may charge interest on any late payment.
    3. Exhibitors shall be liable for full payment of fees from the commencement of the contracts and/or sales orders. Payment must be made notwithstanding any errors or omissions in the event(s).
    4. All prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless specifically noted otherwise.
